Ingrediënts Baked potatoes
1000 grams of Potatoes
100 grams of Butter
20 ml Olive oil
6 leaves of Fresh Sage
6 cloves of Garlic
4 sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
1 Red onion
Parsley

Preparation
Prepare all ingredients for baked potatoes. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into even pieces. Place the potato pieces in a saucepan with some water. Bring it all to the boil and cook the potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Prepare the barbecue with an indirect zone with a temperature of 230 gr. C.
Clean the red onion and cut it into half rings. Pour the olive oil over the bottom of the plancha / skillet and divide lumps of butter over it. Place the cooled potatoes on top, divide the sprigs of fresh rosemary over the potatoes. Add the fresh sage leaves and sprinkle the half red onion rings over the potatoes. Crush the garlic cloves a little and divide them between the potatoes.
Check if the barbecue is up to temperature. Place the plancha / skillet in the barbecue and bake the potatoes for about 45 – 50 minutes until golden brown with the lid of the barbecue closed. After 25 minutes, shake or turn the potatoes and close the lid of the barbecue. Then bake the potatoes for another 20 – 25 minutes until they are a nice golden brown in color.
Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley. Remove the plancha / skillet with the baked potatoes from the barbecue. Before serving, sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the baked potatoes, serve the baked potatoes in the plancha / skillet, together with, for example, a delicious cauliflower bomb.
